Terms and Conditions:

  1. Being a single owner, I take a lot of effort and time to plan a successful workshop. Therefore, all sales are final. Once a payment is made, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded. You may transfer to a different workshop in the future of the same value.
  2. In the event the instructor needs to cancel a scheduled workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, payment will be refunded.
  3. Extra figurines/decorations and extra plants will be available for purchase.
  4. Photos/Videos of the workshop will be taken for marketing purposes across social media. Please let your instructor know, if you do not wish to be in the pictures.
  5. I will provide the best general advice and tips for taking care of your terrarium. I choose plants that thrive well in terrariums, and appropriate substrate for terrarium plants, however plants are living things and survival of each individual plant depends on many factors which is out of our control. Nature decides for itself. Teapot Terrariums will not be responsible should a plant die. Customers are required to observe their plants and maintain the terrarium according to their environment.
  6. Gift vouchers can be used only in a single transaction, they are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
