Terms and Conditions:

1. Being a single owner, I take a lot of effort and time to plan a successful workshop. Therefore, all sales are final. Once a payment is made, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded. You may transfer to a different workshop in the future of the same value. Only one reschedule is allowed.
2. Please be careful with supplies. Damage to supplies such as glassware during workshop will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional supplies if needed to continue the workshop will be charged to the customer accordingly.
3. In the event the instructor needs to cancel a scheduled workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, payment will be refunded.
4. Extra figurines/decorations and extra plants will be available for purchase.
5. Photos/Videos of the workshop will be taken for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be in the pictures, please let your instructor know.
6. I will provide the best general advice for taking care of your terrarium. I choose plants that thrive well in terrariums, however plants are living things and survival of each individual plant depends on many factors which is out of our control. Nature decides for itself. Teapot Terrariums will not be responsible should the plant die. Customers are required to observe their plants and maintain the terrarium according to their environment.
